ReplyDeleteI have enjoyed your blog. I haven't quite finished but will as time permits. I have been studying biodynamics and want to put it into practice. Are you using BD down there?
The situation in the states is not healthy. I don't know if you are still in the loop as far as WI is concerned but they just outlawed raw milk and I would imagine this has driven the Zinnaker farm out of business unless they go to pasteurizing or leave WI. I was wondering if you have any info on Ecuador as far as ease of land ownership, living there etc.?
This is a wonderful blog. Farmland is the future of the world.
